By booking and attending a Sauna Del Soul session, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with sauna bathing and cold exposure. Please read the following information carefully.
This waiver is in place to ensure all participants understand the nature of the experience and attend responsibly.

 

🌡️ SAUNA & HEAT EXPOSURE
Sauna bathing involves exposure to high temperatures, which can place strain on the body. By attending, you confirm that:
You understand sauna use can cause dehydration, dizziness, nausea, or fainting
You will leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell
You will follow all instructions given by the Sauna Master
Sauna sessions are guided, but participation is always optional and at your own pace.

 

❄️ COLD EXPOSURE (IF APPLICABLE)
Some sessions may include optional cold exposure such as cold air cooling or natural water immersion.
You acknowledge that:
Cold exposure can be physically demanding
Participation is optional
You will only take part if you feel comfortable and capable

 

🧑‍⚕️ MEDICAL CONDITIONS
You confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that would make sauna use unsafe, including (but not limited to):
Heart conditions
Severe asthma
Uncontrolled blood pressure
Pregnancy
Any condition advised against heat or cold exposure by a medical professional
If unsure, you should seek medical advice before attending.

 

🍺 ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES
For safety reasons:
Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Anyone deemed unsafe to participate may be refused entry

 

🧍‍♂️ PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agree that:
You participate voluntarily
You are responsible for your own wellbeing
You will respect other guests, the venue, and the sauna space

 

📸 MEDIA & CONTENT
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us before your session.

 

⚖️ LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauna Del Soul and its operators shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where caused by negligence.
