Refund Policy

Tickets for Sauna Del Soul events are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event start time.
If you are unable to attend and notify us more than 24 hours before the event, we will do our best to offer a transfer to a future session or issue a refund where possible. Refunds or transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, including due to weather conditions, unless the event is cancelled by Sauna Del Soul.
In the unlikely event that Sauna Del Soul needs to cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
