1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and attendance at Sauna Del Soul events. By purchasing a ticket or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Sauna Del Soul reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance via our official booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in advance by Sauna Del Soul.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Our refunds and cancellations policy is outlined on our Refunds Policy page and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
In summary:
Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event start time.
Refunds or transfers may be offered for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
If an event is cancelled by Sauna Del Soul, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer.
4. Health, Safety & Participation
Attendance at Sauna Del Soul sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.
By attending, you confirm that:
You are physically fit to participate in sauna bathing and any optional cold exposure
You have read and agree to our Waiver & Safety Information
You will follow all safety instructions given during the session
Sauna Del Soul reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to take part.
5. Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions affected by heat or cold exposure (including heart conditions, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or uncontrolled blood pressure) should seek medical advice before attending.
Participation is at your own discretion.
6. Alcohol, Drugs & Behaviour
Guests must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff, other guests, or the venue will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without refund.
7. Arrival & Late Entry
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session for safety and experience reasons, and no refunds will be given for late entry.
8. Personal Belongings
Sauna Del Soul accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own items at all times.
9. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform a member of staff before your session.
10. Venue Rules
Guests must respect the venue hosting the event and comply with any additional site-specific rules or guidance provided.
Failure to do so may result in removal from the session.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauna Del Soul shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
